数年、英語を勉強しているが、進歩が見られないので、いつもお世話になっているNHKさんのエンジョイ・シンプル・イングリッシュの枕草子を聞いて英語にして和訳。

春で一番きれいな時間は夜明け前。山頂に太陽が昇り、だんだん明るくなる。紫に染まる細長い雲もまた私を楽しませてくれる。


for summer. It is the night that is most beautiful. It is better when the moon is out. but a moonless night sky is also pretty with fireflies dancing everywhere in the dark, or even the faint light from one or two fireflies in the dark is pretty. Rain at night is also nice in the summer.
夏は夜が良き。月があった方がインスタ映えするし、無くても暗闇の中に飛来する蛍は見れるし、１、２匹で仄暗くても映える。雨の降る夜も良いので、とりま夜なら良き。

秋は黄昏時がエモい。山に沈む燃えるような夕日。家路を辿るカラス。その光景にぶっちゃけ感嘆の吐息が漏れちゃう。陽が沈んだ後でも見える、遠方に飛ぶ一列の鳥たちや風の音、虫の鳴き声もまた言わずもがな。

For winter It is the early morning. That is most beautiful. It is beautiful when snow has fallen during night but splendid, too, when the ground is white with frost. But even when there is no snow or frost. The cold makes you feel that it is a winter morning. people rush to start a fire on those chilly mornings. Then they run from room to room carrying hot charcoal for this the stoves. It's all very winter like. But a the morning calls cold starts to disappear around new noon. Then you find that the charcoal in the stoves has turned into white ashes. That looks a little foolish.
冬は何といっても早朝。夜に降った雪や、一面に降りた真っ白な霜。そんなの無くても、その冷たさが冬の朝を感じさせてくれるのやばい。部屋部屋を速やかに往来し、囲炉裏に火を灯すのも冬の情景。でもお昼には温かくなり、囲炉裏の炭も灰になってるのはちょっとダサい。

Things that make your heart dance.
ときメモ。

keeping a baby bird as pets. passing by people playing with their babies. line lying down in a row alone in a room with incense in a burning. when you look into a foggy mirror from a foreign country.
小鳥とか赤ちゃんとか小さいものはちょーかわいい。薫るフレグランスも、外来の鏡もときめきトゥナイト。

When you see a man of high rank stop his wagon and get his servant to ask someone something. When you wash your hair. do your makeup and wear a nice smelling kimono.
海外セレブが車から降りて レッドカーペットを歩き、労働者に手を振ったり写真を撮ったりしてるとき。毎日のメイクや成人式とか結婚式の時にしか着れない振袖やドレスも女子力上がって、テンションブチ上げMAX。

Even if no one sees your all dress stuff up. your heart dances. and It's a nice feeling. The sounds of rain or rattle at of the house and when the wind blows well while you wait for your lover to come. Those sounds make your heart skip your a beat.
誰も私の事を見てくれてなくても自己慢だし関係ない。私は私。雨の音や空間を彩る音とかちょっとはおセンチ(死語)になったりもするけど、でもやっぱりなんだかんだ言ってカレシが来るのを待つときがまじやばい、この胸の高鳴り。まじ卍。
